All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the provision of our digital services to the Client in the most appropriate manner, in accordance with the applicable laws.
Refund Policy
We offer different refund terms based on the type of service purchased. For our paid ads learning course, we provide a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund by emailing us within 7 days of your initial purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
For our ads management services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. These services involve time, planning, and resource allocation that begin shortly after onboarding.
Similarly, for 1-on-1 private ads coaching, we do not provide refunds due to the personalized and time-blocked nature of this service.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership for the paid ads learning course at any time. Once cancelled, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and no further payments will be charged. You can re-subscribe at any time in the future.
For ads management services, cancellations must be requested at least 30 days in advance of your next billing cycle. This ensures a smooth and professional offboarding process. Our 1-on-1 private ads coaching program cannot be cancelled once the coaching period has begun. However, we do allow you to pause the program for up to 3 months if needed, depending on availability and scheduling approval.
