The Client
10&AY Men’s Clothing Stores was founded in 2013, and our company sells men’s clothing products. Thanks to their unique styles, he has begun to show himself quickly in his industry. With the combinations they create, they aim to make their customers feel special in invitations, prom, and special days. They offer the most stylish combinations in both Casual and Classic styles. They wanted to see the impact of social media and the continuous growth of digital marketing as an opportunity to blend their brands with e-commerce. In 2017, they chose Decocre Digital as their solution partner for online growth strategies, including launching an Instagram campaign to collaborate with top influencers and create engaging content. Our Instagram Campaign Approach
First of all, we started by defining our expectations and goals. We knew that our business with the internet and social media would be long-term, so we decided to proceed step by step. In the first step, we attracted new customers to our local store using brand awareness ads.
On the other hand, we have started making preparations to start our online sales. After making our market analysis, competitor analysis and strategic planning, we decided that we should be strong on social media as well as our e-commerce site.
We have prepared a long-term growth plan for Instagram. Our strategy was based on real and sincere. With the ROAS numbers that we have reached in a short time, we have started to get a very good response.
Our target audience of Instagram loved our simple communication language and the clean messages we use in our ads and started to establish a link with the brand in the time. This internalization and linking situation, which started with social media ads, was one of the most important points of our success.
In addition to paid social media and Instagram ads, we also added Google Search and Display ads, and we made millions of ad shows every month, including Instagram Stories ads featuring User Generated Content (UGC). We reached new people by generating interest in men’s clothing.
We designed a responsive e-commerce site that was fast, minimal, stylish and suitable for men’s clothing and published in a short time to drive traffic to the website. The product data feed was very important to us and we proceeded by making sure that all matches were correct. Thanks to our social media accounts and popular Instagram posts, it was very easy to get the first traffic and direct people to shopping.
We used Google Shopping Ads, Facebook Shopping Ads, and Instagram Stories ads to promote the products. Using dynamic remarking and User Generated Content, we have enabled all customers to see the ads of the product they viewed once and again on the Internet.
We regularly checked and updated the Google Shopping Feed and Facebook Shopping Feed.
With Machine Learning, we found the best ad copies and automated our bidding strategy.
Remarketing is big magic. We created a multi-step remarketing funnel and developed an effective communication language with our target audience with different remarketing messages in each segment. In this way, we increased sales and brand loyalty, and as a result, we achieved a noticeable increase in the average basket amount. We also used Google Smart Display Ads campaigns to reach more new people.
We have created a marketing calendar and built special campaigns for special times such as Christmas, graduation, wedding season, and Black Friday. We supported the situation with the discount campaigns we made during the season transitions.
We used in-game ads for mobile games using Google Mobile Ads and Facebook Audience Network, and we enabled the millennial generation to shop.
Our Results
During this 5-year period, we have reached a total of 195k followers from 14k followers on our Instagram account. And we are proud of it. We had more than 50 million ad impressions. We started with local customers first, then we shipped products all over the city, all over the country, and in 2019 we started sending our combinations to the whole world. And we are taking firm steps toward becoming an international clothing brand.
Let’s look at the numbers a little. Our local store turnover increased by 800% in total. Our ROAS rate in online sales is 670% and is increasing regularly. CPA decreased by 71%. Our conversion rate increased by 345%.
We started working with them for my menswear store and e-commerce in November 2017 and continue. We are getting services from them for all of our digital marketing works.
